SHIPPING
Orders placed before 10am AEST, Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same business day. Please note, we do not ship on weekends, Queensland or Australian National public holidays. Orders placed during this time will be processed the next available business day. During sale periods, or within a few days of a collection launch, there may be slight delays in shipping. We will endeavour to get your order out to you as soon as possible and appreciate your patience during these times.

All international orders are sent with Australia Post International. Costs for international shipping will be calculated at the checkout. Please note that all international orders may be subjected to duties and taxes upon arrival and customers are responsible for these charges. These charges are determined by your local customs authority.
Unfortunately, we are not able to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your package will incur as these are directly imposed by your local customs authority. Payment of duties and taxes is necessary to release your order from customs. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
The Bundle Co will not be responsible for return shipping costs nor duty reimbursement in the case of international returns.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
What is your return/exchange policy?
Full priced items can be returned for a store credit within 30 days of placing your order. Please note we don’t offer any exchanges.
All returns must be unworn, have no signs of wear or damage, in the original condition with tags still attached and in the original packaging. Should the returned item/s not meet the above return guidelines, The Bundle Co has the right to deny a return and have the item re-shipped back to the customer.
Return shipping is at the expense of the customer and The Bundle Co are not responsible for any lost returns.
Any The Bundle Co purchases made through one of our trusted stockists, must be returned to the original point of purchase.
Sale items are strictly final sale and cannot be returned.

When will I receive my store credit?
From the day your return parcel is delivered to our warehouse, it takes up to 3-5 business days for our returns team to process. Once processed, you will receive your store credit via email.
FAULTY ITEMS
If a faulty item is received, please contact us on hello@thebundleco.com.au to arrange return via post for assessment. If the item is deemed to have a manufacturing fault, a repair or replacement will be issued. A refund will be issued if we cannot repair or replace the item.
Return postage of items with manufacturing faults will be covered by The Bundle Co.
Please consider and follow the recommended care instructions for all The Bundle Co items, as those considered faulty due to reasonable general wear and tear or customer mistreatment will not be considered for replacement or refund.
